Krystle I. Myers is the principal attorney of Be Bossy, LLC.  She specializes in various practice areas including business, intellectual properties, employment and labor law, and entertainment law.  Krystle has experience in both the private and public sectors.  She began her legal career working for a boutique corporate and entertainment law firm where she gained extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation, business formation, linking angel investors with individuals and corporations seeking financers, business planning and strategies, 501(c)(3) formation, copyright and trademark registration, negotiations and other related transactional matters.   Her client portfolio includes small businesses, corporations, actors/actresses, reality stars, filmmakers, producers, musicians, and government contractors. 

Krystle also has experience in the public sector ensuring that government agencies and contractors comply with federal laws, regulations, and applicable policies and collective bargaining agreements as it relates to employment and labor relations matters.  Her experience in the public sector also includes arbitration and third party hearing representation and mediation facilitation.

Be Bossy, LLC is the latest business venture of Krystle that specifically caters to small businesses and entrepreneurs.   Be Bossy is a unique entity that offers a variety of services to ensure entrepreneurs and businesses are protected under the fullest extent of the law.  In addition, as the principal attorney of Be Bossy, Krystle also offers business consulting, workshop facilitation, 1-on-1 courses, commissioned presentations, and curated networking experiences.  Krystle firmly believes that “to whomsoever much is given, of him shall much be required” (Luke 12:48 ASV) and spends much of her free time mentoring young women.   In an effort to combine her legal passion and her social responsibility, Krystle will offer a workshop series for young women entrepreneurs beginning in 2016 under her Be Bossy moniker.
