Krystle has experience in various practice areas including business, intellectual properties, employment and labor law, and entertainment law.   She began her legal career working for a boutique corporate and entertainment law firm where she gained extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation, business formation, linking angel investors with individuals and corporations seeking financiers, business planning and strategies, 501(c)(3) formation, copyright and trademark registration, negotiations and other related transactional matters.   Her client portfolio includes entrepreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits, bloggers, podcast personalities, and a host of other creatives. 

Krystle is also a certified mediator and has experience with mediation and arbitrations.   

Under the Be Bossy moniker,  Krystle also offers business consulting, legal strategy, workshop facilitation, 1-on-1 courses, and can also be booked for speaking engagements .  Krystle firmly believes that “to whomsoever much is given, of him shall much be required” (Luke 12:48 ASV) and spends much of her free time mentoring young women.  

A firm believer that one's life work should be a merger between their passion and their purpose.  Krystle established Be Bossy, LLC in 2015 to merge her passion and purpose to protect the passion and purpose of entrepreneurs and creatives.  She also spends her free time serving on the board of two nonprofit organizations; being actively involved with her sorority Delta Sigma Theta, and traveling.
